Delete it yourself

1. Sign in to Creel, in the app or at creelapp.co/login.
2. Open Account (linked in the footer of every page).
3. Choose “Delete account” and confirm.

Ask us to delete it

If you can't sign in, email bluapps.outreach@gmail.com from the address on the account. We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Everything, immediately and permanently: your account and email address, every catch you logged and the photos attached to them, your saved fishing spots, and your gear and setups. Nothing is retained and nothing is recoverable.

We keep no backups of deleted accounts. Server logs may retain an IP address for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention; these are not linked to your account after deletion.

Delete some of your data, without deleting your account

You don't have to delete your whole account. Signed in to Creel, in the app or at creelapp.co, you can remove any of the following at any time:

• A catch. Open Log, find the catch, and choose Delete. The entry and the photo attached to it are permanently removed.
• A saved spot. Open Spots, find the spot, and choose Delete. It is permanently removed. (Spots saved by other people aren't yours to delete.)
• Your area. On the home screen, change or clear the ZIP code or town you set. We keep no history of areas you previously entered.

These deletions are immediate and permanent. Nothing is archived, and we keep no backup copies. Your email address and password stay on the account until you delete the account itself.

If you'd rather we do it, email bluapps.outreach@gmail.com from the address on the account, and say what you want removed. We'll do it within 30 days and confirm by email.
